Welcome to the IELTS Prep App. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the App and any content or services provided through it (collectively, the “Services”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to use the App.

2. License to Use the App

I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:

• Modify, copy or distribute the App or any part of it without prior permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the App.
• Use the App in any way that could harm, disable or overburden its infrastructure.
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. User Accounts

If the App requires an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and you agree to notify me immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

Certain features or content may require a payment or subscription. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and by making a purchase you agree to their terms. Refunds and cancellations are subject to those stores’ policies and your local regulations.

5. Practice Scores & No Affiliation

Band scores, feedback and mock-test results in the App are estimates generated for practice purposes only. They are not official IELTS results and do not guarantee any particular outcome on the real exam. IELTS is a registered trademark of its owners; this App is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed or approved by them.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features and functionality in the App (including text, graphics, logos and code) are owned by Syed Sahib Sultan or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted no ownership rights in any part of the App or its content.

7. User-Generated Content

If the App lets you submit content, you confirm that you own the rights to it and grant me a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and process that content within the Services. You agree not to submit content that is offensive, defamatory or unlawful, and I may remove any content that violates these Terms.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
