1.14-day money-back guarantee
If IELTS Prep Hub Premium isn’t right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the payment. This applies to your first payment and to every renewal, on both the monthly and yearly plans. You don’t need to give a reason.
After 14 days, payments are not refundable, including for partly used billing periods, except where the law requires otherwise or where we say so in our Terms of Service (for example if we discontinue Premium).
2.How to request a refund
Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, which issues every refund. You can request one by:
- using the link in the receipt email Paddle sent you, or visiting paddle.net and looking up your order; or
- emailing us at ieltsprepsupport@googlegroups.com from the email address you used to pay, and we will arrange the refund with Paddle.
Please include the date of the payment, or your order number from the receipt, so we can find it quickly.
3.How refunds are paid
- Refunds are paid to the original payment method, in the currency you paid, including any tax that was charged.
- Once approved, refunds usually reach your account within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.
- When a payment is refunded, the Premium access it paid for ends and the subscription is cancelled, so you won’t be charged again.
4.Cancelling without a refund
You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Go to Premium → Manage subscription in the app, which opens Paddle’s secure customer portal, and choose cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Deleting your IELTS Prep Hub account does not cancel the subscription automatically, so please cancel first.
5.Billing problems
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or don’t recognise a charge, contact us at ieltsprepsupport@googlegroups.com and we will put it right. Please reach out to us before opening a dispute with your bank — it is usually much faster. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
